transfer date "transfer date" means the date on which all property, rights and liabilities in respect of telecommunication services, other than excepted lands and designated property, to which the Government of Malaysia was entitled or subject to, are transferred to a company by virtue of the Telecommunication Services (Successor Company) Act 1985 .
